About the roadshow → More about our participation →We now also calibrate scales and measuring projectors directly at your premises. For permanently installed or sensitive instruments this removes the transport, along with removal and reinstallation. These are factory calibrations – they lie outside our DAkkS-accredited scope and are documented with a factory calibration certificate.
Request an appointment →We have overhauled our website – with a materials database, thread chart and an overview of our industrial equipment. The goal: answers to technical questions directly online, without the detour of an inquiry.
Effective 3 July 2026 the DAkkS extended our accredited scope. Newly included are plug and setting gauges in the diameter range 1 mm to 100 mm to VDI/VDE/DGQ 2618 sheet 4.1, options 3 and 4, with an expanded measurement uncertainty of 0.9 µm + 2 · 10⁻⁶ · d. Ring and setting gauges were already covered from the initial accreditation – we now calibrate both halves of the pairing within the accredited scope.
Search calibration services → View certificate (PDF) →With a MarForm MMQ 400 and a MarSurf SD 140 we have expanded our measuring machine fleet. This covers form and position measurements such as roundness, cylindricity and run-out, as well as surface and contour measurements. We offer both in two ways: as contract measurement with an inspection report and as factory calibration of the corresponding inspection and measuring equipment. Factory calibrations are carried out in accordance with, or based on, the VDI/VDE/DGQ guidelines – they lie outside our DAkkS-accredited scope and are documented with a factory calibration certificate.

We now issue DAkkS calibration certificates for length-measuring equipment – internationally recognised under EA-MRA.
