Two areas of expertise, one standard: the highest quality.
A DAkkS-accredited calibration laboratory and industrial additive manufacturing under one roof – that combination is rare. For you it means short distances: what we produce from high-performance polymers, we can also measure on our own metrology equipment. And anyone bringing in equipment for calibration speaks to the same people who will engineer a part with them.
The thinking behind it is in our guiding principle: Innovation in focus – quality in detail. Both divisions work to our ISO 9001 certified quality management system, and the calibration laboratory additionally within its accredited scope to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025.
Calibration is a business of short distances: we collect inspection and measuring equipment in Pforzheim, the Enzkreis district and the surrounding area and bring it back – with no cleaning or handling fees.
3D printing is different. Parts in PEEK, PEI, PPS or PVDF we ship across Germany and beyond. Our materials database currently covers 33 processable materials, 27 of them qualified for functional parts, with five more under evaluation.
In July 2023, we founded ZIKO Technik together to become the regional partner for calibration, metrology questions, contract measurement and additive manufacturing. In 2026 we converted the company into a GmbH.
The first step was building our laboratory in Ispringen – including the acquisition of the necessary reference standards, calibration equipment, and the Precimar ULM300 and ICM100.
To support our growth, we relocated to Eisingen: on roughly 400 m², we now have 200 m² of production space and around 100 m² of calibration laboratory space, plus offices and staff rooms.

What is coming next – and what it means for you.
DIN EN 9100 is the quality management standard of the aerospace industry. It builds on ISO 9001, which we already hold, and adds the requirements specific to that sector.
For you that means: we are preparing to be listed as a supplier where a 9100 is a precondition. We do not hold the certification yet – we name the date so that you can plan.
We now also calibrate scales and measuring projectors directly at your premises. For permanently installed or sensitive instruments this removes the transport, along with removal and reinstallation.
These are factory calibrations with a factory calibration certificate. They lie outside our DAkkS-accredited scope.
To the calibration laboratory →Our range keeps growing. Five materials are currently under evaluation – among them a flame-retardant PP and a carbon-fibre reinforced polycarbonate for printed moulds.
